If you have a passion for connecting with young children with special needs or who have a disability, and can make a difference to their lives, then we want to hear from you. Working for Ridgeway School, you will have the opportunity to improve the quality of the lunchtime experience of our pupils who all have a statement of special needs. The job is not always easy, but it is extremely rewarding.
This is a wonderful chance for anyone with the above enthusiasm and caring nature to join our team covering before, during and after the lunchtime session, from 11.30am to 1.30pm each day. Training will be provided if required, but you do need to make sure that you meet the minimum requirements of our Person Specification.
